2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the exclusive nature of our designs and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of damage (photo/video) is required.
If eligible, we may offer:
